camp opening up

Hey Charlie, the water is already 65 degrees. The bass are starting to spawn already and it is only may 18th. The water is down about 3 feet but coming up. Looks like a good start to the year. Caught some real nice bass the other day. cheers, Tom

Opening camp early

Camp Will open on the 15th this year. We were up last week and the surface temp is already around 50. The bass should spawn in a week or two if stays like this. That will be a month early. We might even open up earlier if the weather continues. cheers, Tom 1-866-294-5067

Early spring walleye fishing 2010

The ice is out already. Here are some of the pics from an early walleye trip we to on April 11 on Rainy Lake. There were 8 of us and we caught about 300 walleyes, 250 of them were above 25 inches. The biggest one was 31. We did not catch any of the real hog walleys, but it was some of the best fishing I have ever had up there in 25 years. Tom, Can't wait to get there. We had a great time last year. This year we were hoping to rent one of your newer deluxe 16' boats and a regular boat for my dad. We wanted to go out during the day while my dad feels more comfortable with the regular boat. Do you think that will be a problem? Hope you had a good winter and will see everyone in a few weeks....
